Your order will be released upon receipt of payment in full. As food supplement is a relatively perishable item that requires expert shipping and handling, Asklepios-Med does not offer refunds or exchanges, or accept returns for the product that is sold online. All purchases made via our web-shop are final. Order cancellations/modifications will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, after which the parcel will be dispatched to your address. Asklepios-Med is not liable for items that are not delivered or delivered late by the carrier, or for product that is damaged or lost in transit. Please contact the courier for any issues that arise during transport.

We gather, parse, and retain information that you voluntarily give to us, such as when you sign up and sign in to our web-shop and when you purchase our products and provide us with your e-mail, address or other personal data. In the event of any disputes, conflict, divergence or inconsistency between the various language versions, the Hungarian text shall prevail. Regardless of the nature of your damage and/or claim (including permanent health problems or death), in no case shall the liability of the Asklepios-Med group or any of their related parties exceed the amount that you paid to us or our designees during the six (6) months prior to the time your cause of action arose.
